What is Knightley?
Knightley is a daily action app for men in relationships. Every morning, you get one concrete prompt tailored to your relationship. Rate it. The app learns what works for you both.
How does personalization work?
You tell us about her: what she loves, her style, her world. We use that to generate prompts. As you rate prompts, the algorithm learns what actually resonates in your relationship. Over time, it gets better.
How accurate is cycle tracking?
You provide your partner's cycle start date and length. We calculate her phase based on that. Accuracy varies by person. The app learns from your feedback and gets better over time.
Can I customize the prompts?
Yes. Every prompt is rated by you. If you don't like one, rate it down. If you love one, rate it up. The app learns what works for your relationship. The more you rate the prompts, and the more feedback you give in the optional text comment, the faster it learns and the better prompts are provided.
What if she doesn't want me tracking her cycle?
Cycle tracking is completely optional. You don't have to enable cycle-based prompts. You can use the app with just her general preferences and get prompts based upon general relationship best practices instead.
Privacy & Data
What data do you collect?
Landing page: email for the waitlist. App: your email, her first initial, her cycle date (optional), and your ratings and feedback on prompts. We don't collect full names, birthdates, or anything that identifies her.
Does the app send her notifications?
Only if you opt in to the optional SMS messaging. The text is anonymous (no identifying info). She can opt-out anytime. No other notifications go to her.
Will you sell my data?
No. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with ad networks, or use it for anything other than improving your experience with Knightley.
Pricing & Plans
Is there a free version?
Yes. Free users get one prompt per day with all core features. You can rate prompts, track her cycle, and use the app fully. Optional premium features are under development.
How much does it cost?
Knightley uses a freemium model. The free tier is always free. Premium features are under way, and will not impact the free tier pricing. Free is free, always.
The Science
What's the research behind Knightley?
Knightley is built on modern research on what makes relationships work, paired with female cycle biology. We time prompts to her cycle phase because her emotional bandwidth, patience, and receptiveness actually shift across her month. This isn't manipulation. It's respect.
Is this manipulative?
No. Manipulation is doing things to get a specific reaction from someone without their knowledge. Knightley is the opposite. You're learning when she's most likely to be receptive and showing up intentionally. That's respect, not manipulation. If you're uncomfortable with cycle awareness, that's valid. Toggle cycle tracking off, and we'll give you great generalized relationship best practice prompts, without cycle-awareness.
